We won the property in an auction in September 2014 just under 3 weeks after we first viewed it.
It was a spur of the moment decision to view the house after Emma saw a friend post it on facebook and noticed it had an open home that same afternoon.
The house was run down after many years of being a rental but we could see the potential it had and the location just 500m away from central New Brighton and across the road from the beach had us hooked from the minute we first viewed it.

ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing find! Winning an auction for a house located so close to the beach in Brighton must be very exciting for you. This tells me exactly why it's important for me to pay attention to online listings and to view properties that interest me frequently. Hopefully, I'll be able to find a great home just like you did.
